It is June 10th and we are now 8 weeks old. This was the last week we were all together. Josey went home on Saturday and Jet and Johnny get to go on an airplane and go home on Monday. We got green tatoos in our ears a few days ago. It only hurt for a little bit. We also got to go over to Jessy and Robs place and went through an official 'Puppy Test'. We all did pretty darn well, if we say so ourselves.

This is the last picture of us all together. It was taken on Friday, June 8th. There are 7 of us here.

Litter J at 7 weeks

Hi everyone! We are now 7 weeks old and boy have we grown. It's been raining a lot in Texas and it's also been very hot so we have found that playing in the mud is our favorite pastime. We grew so much that we all had to get new collars last week! We have only one more week and most of us are going to our new homes. We will be getting our tattoos this week and not really looking forward to it but Donna says it's real important 'cause if we get lost, our tattos will help us be found.  We love to carry sticks around and play with balls and tugs.

Hello again, I am JAMIE!  I am now 7 weeks old and weigh 13 lbs.6 oz!  I am also very fast at retrieving a ball and love the mud.	Hello, I'm the pure black male with a green collar and I have a new name: Josey (after Josey Wells, the bad cowboy). At 7 weeks, I weigh a whole 16 lbs. 4 oz.! I have a new home to go to next week.	Hello again, I am JAKE and I still wear a  blue collar.  Boy did I get muddy this week! weigh 15lbs.12 oz.! .
Hello, I'm JAG,a pure black male. I used to have a teal collar but now my collar has Wild Horses on it.  I'm getting bigger too - I weigh 15 lbs. 2 oz.! My favorite thing is to bite.	Hello, I'm JOHNNY (became Jedi) ! My collar used to be paws but now it's BONES. I'm getting bigger too - I weigh 14 lbs. 6 oz! I love to bite and play ball.	Hello, I am JET (became "Chance"). I am JET black and will be fast as a jet too! I still weigh more than anyone else in my litter at 17 lbs.! I like to bite and play ball but now I'm focused on a BUG.
	Hello, I am JOCK, and really live up to my name. got a new, bigger, purple collar.  I now weigh 16 lbs. 11 oz.! This week I got into a little tussle with my sister, Jamie and she gave me a booboo below my right eye. Donna put some medicine on it and now it's much better. I really like to bite HARD! I am going to a brand new home next week.

Litter J at 6 weeks

Hello WORLD  - Here comes Litter J! We have had so many changes in the last 2 weeks of our lives. We've moved from our whelping area to the big kennel where the other dogs, including our Dad, Gipper, live. We also lived through many thunderstorms, played in the mud and are getting very active. We love to play tug of war and always try to steal mom's ball.  Guess what? We took our first trip in the car and weren't even car sick! Donna took us to the vet to get a checkup, shots and some real tasty stuff. We got a clean bill of health and are now back home.  Donna tried to clean us up before taking pictures but it has been raining so much that we jump right back into the mud!

Litter J at 4 weeks

We are 4 weeks old now!  For the first time, we are coming out of our whelping area and playing in the grass. Mom is still feeding us but we're eating a lot more of the food that Donna feeds us.
Mom is taking us on an adventure in the grass! The sounds and the smells are so different than those in the whelping area.
We are eating a lot more food and nursing a little less but we still like mom's food better. Donna has us on an all 'raw' food diet which is very tasty.

Litter J at 3 weeks

Our eyes have been open for about 1 week now, but all we can see is dark shadows. We're starting to hear things now too so we don't have to use just our noses to get around. We are crawling out of the whelping box and getting around a lot better now.  We even play with each other. On our 3 week birthday, we got a real treat - we ate food out of a pan! We were a little messy but mom was fine with that. She ate the rest of the food after we were finished. You know what? I think I like mom's milk better than this stuff in a pan.
